Meet Our Owner  -  Catherine Hayford

Helping small business owners achieve their goals has always been in my blood. I started my career at age 10, working for Arthur Anderson on the phones. I also worked at my mother's telemarketing company, and setting appointments taught me how to be a problem solver from a young age.

My mother and father both ran many businesses and spent their lives helping others. I was taught to be honest and have the same passion for my client’s business as mine. 
Mom & Dad made every client feel like family. They always felt their needs were heard and cared about.

I have worked in marketing for 30 years, from cold calling to online social media and branding. I have the experience that can not only help people succeed but also be able to teach them how the real world of marketing works. I give you the skills and knowledge to avoid the mistakes that many of us make when we start. 

My passion is to teach others how to take control of their branding. From graphic design to website development to how you can make the web work for you. I teach others about big marketing companies and the promises they can not deliver and what to watch out for.
