Facebook — What You Need to Know

Your personal Facebook profile is for friends and family. Your Facebook Business Page is what Hayford Marketing has set up for you — and that is where your customers find you, follow you, and connect with your brand.

Invite Your Friends to Like & Follow Your Page

Your first step is to grow your audience. Go to your Business Page and use the "Invite Friends" button to invite everyone in your personal network. Ask family, friends, neighbors, and past customers to like and follow your page. Every follow helps your reach.

What & When to Post

Consistency is everything on Facebook. Post at least 5 times per week — every day if possible. Share your work, introduce your team, post tips your customers would find helpful, celebrate milestones, and always respond to comments. Your posting schedule and content ideas are included in your welcome packet from Hayford Marketing.

YouTube For Beginners 101

1. Getting started on YouTube. You will need a way to send large video files fast so we recommend Microsoft Teamviewer. It can take hours with email just to upload the media file. TeamViewer it takes 10 mins Or So.
2. Videos should all be roughly 15 mins in length or longer. This allows space to allow ads to play on your videos once your channel is eligible.
3. After that threshold you are eligible for YouTube absences program and will start making money from your channel. In order to start making money from YouTube ads and affiliate links you need:
1000 subscribers minimum and a minimum of 4000 watching hours.
